MY 2003 TRANSFORMATION

Staying in shape is WORK for me.  It does NOT come easy.
The photo on the left shows what happens when I am lazy
and don't focus on my diet and exercise regimine.

Its a little embarrassing to post these pics, however, it just goes to show
that being a trainer doesn't make it any easier or any less of a struggle to
stay in shape. 
If I can do it, YOU can do it!!

For these 3 photos below, I was using CKD (cyclical ketogenic diet) with great success.  I ate no carbs 5-6 days per week, with 1-2 days of a massive carb/sugar/fat binge.  I worked out 3 days a week.  I did not count calories.  My diet was 65-70% FAT!!  I continued to diet no-carb for my competition prep, but changed how I carbed-up.  I switched to a NHE (natural hormonal enhancement) program and continued to use that throughout my prep - with NO loss of lean body mass!!!
