SUPER FAST RESULTS!
My SUPER
SLOW TRAINING... SUPER FAST RESULTS! 30
minute workouts are based on the super
slow training protocol. Instead of completing multiple sets of various
different exercises, super slow training involves one set which might
consist of just six repetitions of the bench press. However, each repetition lasts between
15 and 20 seconds. One set of each exercise, and you're done. Although it might
sound easy, don't make the mistake of confusing a quick workout with an easy
workout.
TRAINING TUNE UP - INDIVIDUAL
SESSIONS
Meet with a trainer once or twice a month
(or weekly) to ensure you stay on track! Whether you're an experienced exerciser or an
existing client, my Tune-Up Program gives you all the benefits
of a personal trainer yet at a fraction of the cost!

My outdoor fitness training program is for people who
are serious about getting fit in record time. We do fitness the old-fashioned
waywith sit-ups, push-ups, stretching, jump rope, stadium stairs, sprinting (or
walking if you cant run) for lasting REAL RESULTS!!!

BUDDY TRAINING
